Go Vegan with Smita's Whole Plant Modaks
Smita Vaidyanathan, a very well known International wellness consultant and director of Healing Space , Lifestyle Coaching in Dubai , always tries to find an answer to a healthy life in a whole-food plant-based diet. She belives in going back to grassroots when it comes to eating habits and switching to veganism offers our bodies and the planet a chance to heal.
She has trained with organisations such as Sharan (Sanctuary for Health and Reconnection to Animals and Nature) – an India-based organisation that promotes a sustainable and holistic lifestyle – as well as completing the WholeFood Plant Based Nutrition Program from eCornell (Cornell University’s online learning platform). She has also authored the book , 'Whole Plant Vegan Detox '.
