Eggless Oats and Jaggery Cake
Use the same ingredients minus the eggs and prepare in the same way. For an eggless option , replace the eggs with : 1 egg=1 tblsp of ground flax seeds in 3 tblsp of water . Or 1 egg =1/2 a mashed banana . This would give a banana taste in the cake . Enjoy .

Warm Winter Breakfasts
With the cold season setting in , it’s good to be mindful to eat a nutritious and warm breakfast in the morning . I always prepared gram flour pancakes or chilas as they are called in India .
