The big question always asked during breakfast time was- "How do we make those delicious fluffy omelettes ?". My father was always in charge of Sunday morning breakfasts serving us those delicious Afghan eggs which we would polish off in no time ...Eggs have always been central at our breakfast table and we love them. I have always wanted to visit Coorg and so I thought for now it could be served it on my plate.It's simple yet flavours are distinct and the dish was perfectly balanced. Coffee bean and Cinnamon Cookies
I came across these beautiful coffee and cinnamon drops and they looked irresistible. I had some single origin Ethiopian coffee beans, that I freshly ground to use to prepare these. Ingredients Makes 60 175 gms unsalted butter 200 gms jaggery 2 eggs or substitute with flax seeds ; 1 egg=1 tblsp flax seeds in 3 tblspns of water 3 tsp espresso powder or instant coffee granules in 2 tbslpns of boiling water 1 tsp cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp vanilla
